Objective

To transform www.godide.online into a fully functional, standalone web platform that mirrors the Godide Driver–Rider mobile app in design and functionality, while running on a separate codebase for redundancy. The web version will act as a universal transportation operating system, enabling ride booking, GPS tracking, wallet management, safety tools, and real-time communication — serving as a reliable alternative during mobile app downtime.

Problem Statement

Single Point of Failure: Current dependency on the mobile app limits user access during downtime.
Fragmented Transport Solutions: Lack of a unified system for both private and public operators.
Limited Communication Tools: Current chat options are basic and lack real-time engagement features.
Inefficient Dispute Handling: Limited admin control slows fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
No Flexible Login & Exploration: Users cannot easily browse or access platform details without logging in.

Our Solution

A scalable, media-rich, fully inclusive dating platform with departmental personalization and advanced user control:

Full Mobile App Parity: Mirror all mobile features — ride booking, live GPS tracking, ETA, payments, wallet, and safety alerts.
Redundant Infrastructure: Built on a separate codebase to ensure uninterrupted access.
Smart Login System: Mobile number OTP as primary login; optional email/Google login. New users can explore freely but must log in for bookings or messaging.
eWallet Integration: Peer-to-peer payments, tips, donations, and refunds with 1% platform fee on all transactions. Drivers use the platform commission-free.
Advanced Communication: Voice typing, audio notes, video/voice calls, group chats for drivers and passengers, chat notification sounds.
Admin Oversight: Super Admin with full authority to resolve disputes, freeze accounts, control finances, and monitor all user admin panels.
Scalability & Storage: Designed for billions of users, with unlimited storage and multilingual support (31 languages).
User Controls: Delete, deactivate, and auto-reactivate accounts; QR codes linking profiles; in-platform ad postings by users.
